Here's the story....Knocked off from work yesterday afternoon and went to pick the guys up, headed straight to the causeway. A long queue we foresee but we still went ahead. We were stuck for almost an hour on the highway and the needle of fuel gauge seems to be falling below the line of the 3 quarter tank. We cannot go through the customs with a tank below 3 quarter full and do not want to take the risk of being fined as well so we took a detour and decided on another alternative plan. Having to be stuck in the car for a good one hour, we were all hungry and were on the verge of feeling agitated....we decided to go for a feast. It was indeed a feast, everyone ate as if it was their last meal...the best part was still the lobster. It was a good meal and a very satisfying one. The next move was to digest away whatever we ate, so we went to the arcade and work ourselves out....we played some very interesting games, those that will make you feel excited and jumpy about it....I haven't stepped into a arcade for a long time, this was pretty fun.

That's part 1 earlier, part 2's coming up. We drove around town and brain-storming on our next destination....once again, we drove aimlessly. Our initial plan was to check in to a hotel and we all agreed we should stick by it but on a hotel that we have never stayed before. We checked into hotel 81 !!!

Don't be misleaded by the name of the hotel, this is the new one on bencoolen street and you would be surprised to know that they have actually got a suite room. Yes, we took the suite...it was quite a decent room, pretty spacious and actually felt kinda cosy. We played mj throughout the night, thanks to May and her mini set of mahjong which she brought along else we will be killing each other the whole night....

We woke up this afternoon, all looking like zombies....with all the dark rings and the lethargic faces, we went for our brunch and checked out. Horse racing was next on our list, the horses I bet today failed to impress me, hopefully I'll do better next week...haha. What would it be if I were to be a jockey? Just a thought...
